I ordered 3 bottles. Website said buy 3 get 3 free. They charged my 2x the amount and added additional bottles of cleanse. I immediately called upon receiving confirmation email in order to receive correct billing or cancel my order. They agreed to process 2refunds to correct the amount billed. I received 2confirmation emails but never received the refunds. Then, without authorization, they sent me 6 more bottles the following month and billed my card. I have been unable to contact anyone to get this stopped and refunded.
