Ad used all of Kelly Clarkson ads and pictures about product she used for weight loss and falsely claimed their gummies were the same product . They had you order a free bottle with an order valued at 39.99$ . I called customer service and heard multiple voices in background with the same accent. The person i spoke with refused to tell me the name of the company she worked for . She stated there were no refunds and i was on automatic reorder. I told her i didNOT want to ever receive any product ever again and that the ad was totally midleading and not the product they falsely advertised . i did cancel my credit card so they could not bill me again.

This was a pop up add for a free bottle of the product. When you went into the add it showed that you were purchasing a bottle for $39 but nothing free.

I immediately called the company to cancel order but was told that they were unable to stop the order. I called again, being told the same thing. I have now received the product and am told that they have a no return product. I was advised that there are no supervisors or managers available to speak with but that they would tell me the same thing - no returns, not even if you dislike me the product. There seems to be no reviews for this site.
