well for starters I did order a one month supply in which according to online was supposed to be only $39.99 and once I hit submit it charged me $149.91 twice they charged me for no reason. I got ahold of my bank and they verified there was never a refund made in fact I have bank statements to prove so. I keep calling the company and they keep claiming they made a refund on July 12 in which they never did. my bank reported them as fraud and I filed a dispute and now their denying refund yet when I call them their still claiming they refunded me in which they have not can you all plz help me out before my account is overdrawn thank you
