Lakeland, FL 33804. This package was postmarked February 8, 2024. I received them on February 13. Started to take the product of which it said I would lose weight within a week. I did not lose any weight. Started researching more about the product And found by going into Kelly Clarkston ‘s personal website that they had just taken images off there and dubbed in different words. I also found that this product is being sold through many different names one being Pure Fit. On my bank statement it was processed. under the name

I called their 833 746-6755 CS # I was told they had a no return policy, but I had printed out their return policy and in fact they do. When I told her this, she’s told me that I was calling too late because they had it marked as ordered on February 2. My call to them was on March 5 and I explained to them that I didn’t order it till the fourth and I didn’t even receive the product till the 13th. She said there would be no refund. I sent an email to their [email protected].
They returned message to me that there are no return policies. They referred me to a website www.buyketosophy.com
A friend told me to call my bank because she had been scammed too and they had taken more money from her account. When I called my bank, they said that the same people tried to hit my account on March 2 March 3 and March 6 Which were all blocked by the bank. I had to cancel my card and they have to re-issue me a new one. I absolutely hate that. I have lost $240 but I hate even more that these people keep getting away with these kind of scams . I have put postings out about this being a scam and I even put a message to Kelly Clarkston to do whatever she can to get her face off that ad as well as Dr. Oz and the Shark Tank. How do we stop these people? It’s getting really bad and I really hope that you will do something to stop , these things from happening at least this company if you can figure out who they are. If you need any more information, I do have the package in which I received it in and all my product short one bottle of product. Thank you so very much I hope I hear something back from you.
