Type of a scam Online Purchase
1. offer "Buy 4, get 3 free" at $26.85 each. "Buy 4" means =4 x 26.85 = $107.40 Purchase price is NOT displayed on screen. Charge to credit card is $188 (7 x 26.85 = $187.95 ).
2. I cancelled order PRIOR to shipment - placed order at 10:04 am / cancelled order at 10:08am by both email and phone calls
3. All their phone numbers 800 449-3047, (855) 933-5245, 855-810-3927 are google phone numbers yet marketing email claims that ALL SHARK TANK gave the product a standing ovation.
4. Terms & conditions of money back guarantee contradict "Click Here Now to Get Your RISK FREE BOTTLE", "money back guarantee symbol" & "100% satisfaction guarantee symbol" on website. REFUND POLICY AND PROCEDURE It is Company's policy that all sales are final once the Product is delivered to the carrier. However, Company, in its sole discretion, offers a 100% money back guarantee upon authorized return of the product within 30 days. Due to the nature of the Product, Company can only process refund for unused Product. If you are not happy with your purchase, please call Customer Service at (855) 933-5245 or simply email us at [email protected], and a Customer Service representative will assist you in processing any eligible refund request pursuant to the Company's Refund Policy and in Company's sole discretion. You acknowledge that failure to follow the Refund Procedure may result in Company's inability to authorize or process a refund. Due to rising cases of consumer fraud, we cannot process a refund unless you have a corresponding RMA number. Also, you simply need to pay for return shipping. Adherence to the terms of the Refund Policy and Procedure is strictly required and your sole responsibility.
