Cash app scam

I met alady Stephanie Welsh who claimed she was from Fla. was online in 2020, and got involved with an cash app investment She told me to Zelle pay and I was promised that if I invested $250 would be turned into $5000 in a week’s time. It never happened. At the end of the week, when my payments was due, Stephanie told me there was a glitch in the system to pay me, but if I send another $250, I will double my return for $5000. So I sent another $250. Again after another week when I was supposedly going to get the $50000 there was a another “hiccup” in the system, but I was promised $25000, but I had to pay a processing fee of $149. Which I did, foolish me, I was scammed and never heard from them again.

I replied to an add interested in Green Bay Packers tickets and he accepted my offer of $1,000. He then called me to assist me on paying through apply pay. I decided to pay with Zelle through my savings account, but was only able to send $500. I then asked my friend if she would send the remaining $500 so that the tickets would be released to me. I texted him back at 920-228-5495 and informed him that the funds have been sent and to release my tickets. This was sent to him at 12:50pm, PST. I texted him back at 3:01pm, PST asking when the tickets would be released and he did not reply. I texted again at 6:21pm, PST and still no reply. Finally at 9:55pm, PST I texted him and informed him that I was filing a complaint with FTC, ScamPulse.com and FBI if I did not receive my funds back by 07/23/2021. I would like to officially file a complaint. I also was provided an alternative phone number to send the funds to. My banking institution should be able to assist with the whom the funds were wired to. Person's name that funds were sent to is Takesha Clark, phone 773-592-6533.
