I hired this " contractor" Kevin Smith through Berkshire Hathaway Home Services recommendation (Barbara Cain,agent & Tracy Goetz, B.I.C) to repair my 1991 home in the Treyburn neighborhood of North Durham. He breached a 24,000 contract and went (M. I.A) Berkshire Hathaway nor Kevin Smith ever took responsibility for this fraudulent activity.
