I made two purchase orders of dresses from an instagram ad that company appeared to be a "Baltic Born" website. They are actually Kewoa. I was provided with tracking information and website: Track718 initially. I waited and waited, eventually it said my packages were delivered, however i never received them. I contacted Kewoa and they responded saying they would resend the packages. The second attempt was also never delivered. They then offered a 70% refund. I then read online that others experienced the exact same problem and in addition never received their refunds. Now I am reporting them in hopes that justice is served and that others do not fall victim to this scam.
