A necklace was purchased at this online store, initially I got my shipped tracking info however after several days I kept getting pending. Reached out to company [email protected] and they replied however they said that their current vendor they were having issues with I ordered this 1/14 I have yet to receive and they won’t return my refund because they claim it is personalized. So I’m sitting here no necklace and no money . I will warn everyone if nothing else comes of this customer service has been horrible because I don’t know if they truly having issues and if they are is it the paying customer problem. I warning others don’t buy from this company. Online it’s KEYDRELA , hope this helps someone else out there.
