Type of a scam Online Purchase
User ID keylife they are a china based company but have a location in Milpitas, California they listed an item called led fog/driving lights for my truck and i bought them they offer a 12 month warranty but in 3 months one of the lights went bad and is very dim and no longer bright, so i contacted the seller about ti and they replied sorry your out of warranty buy another set at a discounted rate, i said no i wanted it covered under warranty and i have contacted them 3-4 times since then and they refuse to contact me back and they blocked me from buying from them and or contacting them, i opened up a dispute with ebay community and a dispute with PayPal about it and i just tried to buy something else on ebay and got a message that said >>>
The item you've selected was not added to your cart.
(This seller will not sell to buyers that do not meet their requirements)>>> they didn't have a problem taking my money when i bought the item but now they have a problem replacing a defective item. and that's not how you do business in this world of advertising an item and selling it and listing information about the item.
Someone please help my with this problem i am having with this ebay user
