I ordered masks in March and still have not received my product. It is June 25th. When I reach out by phone no one comes on the phone and it hangs up on you. When you use the Contact us tab only one person will answer your questions, Shannon Lawson, and will not help at all. They say the order was sent within 5 days of purchase and that is backlogged by the delivery company but they will not give me tracking information. You cannot cancel or get refund while it is in transit. I have lots of emails from them that are all copy and paste the same email with no answers to my questions. I ordered masks in panic of covid start and once researched regretted it as I was sure I would not recieve product with all the negative reviews they have. It is terrible they can do this during these extremely hard times.
