On 1/15/23 I purchased Window 10 and Microsoft Office. Keys Off provided me with a key product number that never worked. I requested a refund, and they provided another method for the download. After several months, I had exhausted all attempts and again requested my money back. After several months, they informed me of 15-day refund policy after all attempts.

I inform them that this is a scam, and I will be reporting this type of activity to applicable authorities.
