I ordered an item that was misrepresented on their website. Their customer service is non existence so unable to address my concerns. I need to return the item and get a refund.

I ordered a product it came from China. The return policy stated 7 days from delivery to return. I have been trying but I’m being told it’s a wast of time and they will give me 15 dollars and a discount code instead. The phone number in their website you can never get anyone it just rings and rings until it hangs up on you. The chat room does not respond sends you to email and email person is telling me too bad we are not letting you return the item that cost $207.96. I followed their policy listed on their website and they wont send me a return address or label. Their emails are saying that I am stuck with the item or to give it to someone else and they will give me some money. I emailed them immediately after I opened the item because I knew it was not what I thought it was. It’s still in the original packaging. I even sent them a picture. This is a true scam of a company. What a crime that this can happen to a hardworking individual. I hope some thing comes out of this filing.
