Furthermore, this contractor was never there when I’d stop in to care for dogs & clean… evidence that he’d been there for a minute was there every day. If I happened upon him, he was talking to himself loudly & would disappear immediately without communication, leaving the entire location unsecured… I’d secure it and leave. He’d also left the dogs locked in the house without access to the exterior doggy-door, so they had to receive themselves inside… more cleaning for me & doggy shame for them. Two days before my client return they contacted him and he assured that all was well… two weeks later and $ paid for a job poorly executed, and not delivered on time or in budget after pressuring an older woman while she was alone for more money?! I can’t allow it without this scathing complaint. BK, Handiman, Christian Rapper never held a steady job in his life until becoming a contractor and should be banned from ever doing business in my community again. This is my aim.
