Facebook Ad presented online shopping site for ethnic wear, the site looked genuine and came with 24 hour dispatch guarantee. I placed the order for $55 along with shipping insurance and received confirmation email, and a tracking number for Track718 website. Waited for 10 days, and emailed customer service. They responded saying the shipment times are 7-30 days and I should wait longer. The status updated every few days as if the package was transiting across countries from China to US and showed reached final destination sorting center. After 32 days when I reached back via email, they responded saying the package was delivered. It was never delivered. They never revealed the name of actual carrier stating that they don’t work with local carriers. I lost money and more important trust on any Ads / online shopping experience.
