Order 3 items off their website, was told it would take 3-6 weeks to process and make the items before shipping. By week 5 I started to receive emails saying my product had been delivered, even though the tracking number I had received showed that only a label had been created. I reached out to the company 3 times for a status update and also made an attempt on social media to reach out to the company. I have not received any responses, so I left a review on their website saying they were potentially a scam, to later have the review deleted by the company.
