My grandson ordered a poodle puppy in November of 2020 from them, then cancelled it when they asked for more money (for a special heated crate to fly in), which he couldn't afford. I've left messages and emailed them, but have gotten no response. You'll notice that their phone number is in southern California, but their business is in Eagle River, Michigan, on Lake Superior (I forget how I figured that out.) There is no address on their website, or human names. I have saved emails from them and the cargo company they were going to use, if you need them.
