I originally purchased sneakers from this account back in September and they said to wait about three weeks before the shoes could be delivered. After two months went by I asked them the status and they said they were backed up on custom orders due to COVID. I then gave it another month and got no response. Finally I sent a rather aggressive email in December and the customer service support apologized and ensured a refund would be initialized. There were no changes on my bill and no updates regarding needing more time. After another month I contacted them and nothing. I just went to message them and google sent an auto reply saying the email was no longer in service. I am sure I am not the only one and hate that I have lost so much money in what now appears to be a money scam. They must be stopped and at least refund their customers for unfulfilled purchases.

This website is a scam and theft and has scammed for hundreds of thousands of dollars from innocent people. Read their reviews and find all the comments on their instagram. most people do not get their shoes they ordered for thousands of dollars including myself. the owner of this business or scam is a young man who has been changing names of the business from kickked to kicklabs.co now and ships shoes to celebrities to promote his business so the weak people can end up buying them. the shoes never ships or barely does. i have done my research on this person and found information on him as tons of people are demanding this website to be interrogated. please demand all of our money back.
