The confirmation message said order received March 26. Delivery was said to be in 8-15 working days. The tracking # showed it started in Shanghai China, then the info got confusing. I was never aware that this item (chest freezer) was coming from China. I got a couple emails from a guy named Ed Thomas at [email protected] telling me the tracking # but couldn't tell me where this item was. I have sent more emails to Ed Thomas and have not heard anything back since then. I told them to respond ASAP so I know this is not a scam.

I ORDERED A HP PRINTER FROM THIS COMPANY AND THEY SENT ME A NOTICE OF THE ORDER. THEM IS WAITED A WEEK AND CONTACTED THEM FOR THE TRACKING NUMBER,. I THEN RECIVED A EMAIL WITH A TRACKING NUMBER.

WAITED TO THIS DATE 04/12/2023 . LOOKED AT THE TRACKING SITE. THEY SAID THAT THE ITEM WAS DELIVERED 04/12/2023 TO MY MAIL BOX . AT 4:23 PM . I WAS HOME AT THAT TIME AND NO PACKAGE. I SENT THEM A EMAIL AND I CONTACTED BY CREDIT CARD TO START THE DISPUTE TO GET MY MONEY BACK
