I have purchased the NB327 sneakers from other vendors: Nine pairs. All the same style and size. I’ve had no issue. I purchased the same pair from Kickscrew and removed the tags assuming there should be no issue with fit. Although the shoe size is correctly listed it fits tight. I walked at home with them for a bit to try them out. They are incorrectly sized. I reached out to the vendor three times and they offered no options since the rags were off. This is fraud!

Paid for a product and I never received it; attempted to reach them and they state by email that they don’t have an actual phone number or customer service number; no product or tracking number ever seen. Date of charge was 12/11

I ordered Air Jordan's on the 17th of Dec. Tracking showed my order shipped and then it never moved. When I emailed them, they asked if I wanted to cancel....never once have they answered my tracking questions. After a bunch of nonsense from them back and forth from what seems like bots, I get another notice my order shipped today. So apparently it NEVER shipped??! These were for my daughter and have no clue if they're coming or not!

I purchased basketball shoes off of kicks crew website and waited a month with no response of shipping. I attempted to contact the company through their website multiple times with no response.
