I purchased a baby product from this instagram site/account and never received the item. I’ve tried for over two months to get in contact with someone from the company with no response. Someone finally responded to an instagram message where they lied and said my item had been shipped and returned, which was untrue because even their “track item” page showed my item was never shipped. They then attempted to get more personal information from me such as my address. Why would they need that if they had shipped my item to me?! When I refused and said I was going to report them, they blocked my account and created new ones that same day.
