I found a magnetic wand maze board on a facebook ad and ordered it . After three weeks, still had not received so I reached out to company and was told it was on the way. When received, the return label was " Ross for Less " (?) not kids-dreams AND it was a knock -off maze board. I reached out to company because their website states they have a 30 day return policy but emails were not answered or I received messages that they were not accepting emails at that time. after a multitude of emails back and forth, they asked for pictures. I sent them pictures of what they advertised, what I received and what TEMU was advertising ( which matched what I received ) . after disputing with credit card company, I received an email with an address to mail the item. - the address is in HONG KONG !. nowhere on the website does it mention that they are a front for a Chinese company AND they did not send what they showed on their website.

I had gone through their website rather than clicking on a facebook/instagram ad.
