Made an online purchase and was rerouted to PayPal to make a payment. The website says 2-3 days to process and 3-5 days for free shipping. After 2 weeks since placing the order, I responded to the email confirmation, like it said to do with any questions. The email kept coming back as undeliverable. When I went to report it to PayPal to get my money back, I tried emailing the email associated with the PayPal account as well. When I filed a dispute, that message was also kicked back and sent the dispute straight to claims, instead of waiting 20 days. Currently waiting for the seller to respond within the window before getting, hopefully, my refund. The PayPal was listed as an unverified Non-US account. The name and email associated with the PayPal is Nguyen Canh Mui, [email protected].

Looking for a affordable bike for my son online came across this wedsite kidkingdom.com all seem to be find. Went through the normal process of choosing and making payment. I chose PayPal to pay for the bike. After 6 days I contact the phone number provided on the website and the number is not in service. I went on to the website again and notice that now the website has some issues. I looked for the address on maps and it takes you to a random parking lot with no such store near by. I then proceed to send and email to the “customer service” I got a reply back not from the business but from google gmail that this recipient cannot be found. I filed a complaint/refund through PayPal and now I’m reporting this to warn others not to fall victim like I did.
