This ad was on Facebook; they used logos from Forbes, Newsweek, CBS, The New York Times and abc. Many claims of excellent customer service and shipping with reviews. I checked to make sure they were a USA company; they claim to be in Houston, Texas (my hometown), so I trusted them. I ordered early in November for a Christmas gift. When it did not come, I began emailing them and received two promising replies that proved false. I have continued to contact them and ask for a refund, with no replies. I left them a phone message (you only get a recording) threatening to contact the BBB. Today I was able to find a page on Facebook with comments from MANY customers, all with the exact same story. No one is getting any type of reply or refund.

I ordered online on November 17, 2022. I received a text message saying I would receive a tracking number the next day.

Never received a tracking number. After 2 weeks, i contacted the Company about it. Then I received a series of computer generated responses stating that they were busy, but I would receive product in a week. After that, it was a series of messages..."out of product; expexting supply soon; sorry, we're still working on getting your shipment ready; etc, etc.

Have never received product or the refund I requested.
