Kiara Simone website (KieraSimone) advertised clothing for sale. I ordered a cardigan sweater that was pictured and described on the website. It cost $39.99, on sale. I did my research about returns and the website stated moneyback guarantee. I received a long sleeve pullover V-neck shirt made out of a very unusual and uncomfortable fabric. It was not the button-down cardigan I ordered. When I attempted to reach them via email at [email protected], it seemed as if I was getting responses from a robot. They offered to give me options stating they did not make returns. I am still waiting for their options. I’ve requested three times. I usually do my homework and research the site before I ordered. I did not do it this time. I hope this will prevent the next person from having anything to do with Kiera Simone.
