I ordered a vintage "Beautifully Crafted Cardigan" from KieraSimone.com and received a cheap printed polyester V neck made in China.

I contacted customer service and was told they do not accept returns but offered me a 20% discount to keep the item. I lost $86.98 on this order.

Ordered a taupe floral embroidered pullover seen online from KieraSimone.com. Sent a totally different sweater—unlike the photo on my order—much cheaper/mass-produced. Sent numerous emails asking to exchange it or send back for full refund. Kept telling me it WAS the sweater I’d ordered and that I could get a 20% refund and keep it (I don’t want to keep it.) Have not answered my queries about how to send back and get a full refund…realized I am talking to an AI emailer as the messages are word-for-word the same and don’t address my questions. I will now just block their site and donate the sweater to charity. Pretty sure I’ll never even see 20% of the cost returned to me. I lost $46.00.

Do Not Order from this company, Kierasimone.com. I ordered a ring in January and by March I hadn't received it. I also ordered a sweater. I wanted to return it, but they said they didn't accept returns. Their website says NO RETURNS, on one page, and 30 day Returns on another. I finally received my package, and it had a cheap, ugly sweater in it and the wrong ring. I contacted them again at [email protected]. They took "full responsibility and said that they would send out the right order right away. I even sent them photos. The package came and it was the same ugly sweater and wrong ring. Again I contacted them. They said they couldn't open the case again because they had already sent me a complimentary replacement.

I argued with them over and over, but began to think. I was dealing with AI because their responses came immediately and some of them seemed identical to others. I wasted so much time writing to them over an over. We must have exchanged 25 emails each. I lost $90.00 in total.

Website showed sweaters and tops with embroidered details. Merchandise shipped was cheap printed fabric. Business would not give full refund. Offered 20%

refund. Website does not give a phone number. They claim to be somewhere in Hudson Valley.

The clothing in the pictures of the KieraSimone.com website portray high end clothing of expensive materials. The clothing received is nothing like the pictures on internet. I will upload pictures to compare. I was only able to upload one photo. I have more.
