Kilo Grupe have taken $47USA from my PayPal account. I did not authorise this payment and PayPal have paid this money to Kilo Grupe without my authority. Who are these people and how do I get a refund?

I downloaded the DoFasting app and paid $33 for it. I didn't realize I was being enrolled in a subscription. When they hit me for another $33 six months later, I opened a PayPal dispute as the charge was from Kilo Grupe. I tracked it down to be this app that I never actually used. I contacted DoFasting immediately - same day as charge. PayPal got back to me saying they couldn't do anything but the merchant could work with PayPal to refund the charge. DoFasting first said they'd be happy to refund me but they couldn't because PayPal had to do it.

When I went to TrustPilot.com and to Apple store to leave negative reviews, I found LOTS of other people who had been duped into subscriptions by DoFasting - all with no refund. Some people got soaked for hundreds. The company seems to expect people won't watch their bank accounts. And if you don't cancel a certain number of days ahead of next billing you're stuck. I lost $66 (2x$33) but since I actually did download the app and that apparently was $33 - I'm just reporting the loss as $33 below. What a game this company is playing.
