I placed an order around October 2019 for somewhere over $80. I was in contact with her regarding my order. It was to be shipped and didn't. Then the very beginning of covid started and she said there is a delay from the covid. Unable to contact since March 2020. I'm now out that money that she wont refund when it's on her part.

I order a product from this website and paid by credit card. It's been 21 weeks since I placed my order and the order has not been fulfilled nor has there been any communication from the supplier. I've tried to contact the supplier numerous times by several different means with no response.
