Received yesterday the 'free bottle also...

Type of a scam Online Purchase
I was charged for a "free" 30 ml bottle of Hemp Oil listed as "created by Mike Homes " The free bottle was $99.95 american funds or $130.94 Canadian funds.
I called and the lady said I signed up for monthly delivery. I didn't read any fine print which I will do every time in future. The delivery of a second bottle has not happened. Why she thinks it is legitimate to charge for a free bottle I can't understand. She said I could have had a total refund if I called in 19 days. How could I have a refund for a free bottle? So I didn't call.
