Facebook Marketplace Scam

The person using this email address is advertising on Facebook marketplace listing a 2002 Nissan Quest van. They claim the van is in Bellevue Washington and can be shipped to you after the transaction is made via EBay. The owner of the vehicle claims they are in the military and will be deploying with their medical unit to Syria and don’t want to put the vehicle in storage while they are on deployment.

The asking price for the van is $800.00. The person listing the van is using the name “Uncle Dynast” on Facebook but shows no profile photo and list the van in Knoxville Tennessee.

When I sent a message to the Facebook Marketplace “Uncle Dynast” responded with “The actual seller paid us for advertising ” and gave me the email address of [email protected] to respond to the owner of the vehicle.

Stay clear of this individual!
