I rec'd an email from a Kimberly Foster who claimed that my cousin in Texas referred me to her. She represented that there is a government grant my cousin received which I qualified for. She asked for payment to process the grant using Google Play gift cards. I ended up sending her $800 in 5 different gift cards. Finally I called my cousin and she said it was a scam.
