After contacting the website to inquiry about puppies, I received and email back asking very detailed information about my household, lifestyle as though it was the breeder wanting to make sure the dogs were going to a safe home. Because of this, I initially thought this was a legit breeder. There were even reviews on the website. I thought, why would a scammer ask so many questions? They made it seem like they cared about the dogs which I considered to be legit. My sister has been scammed before and this was not how she was scammed. Seemed much more legit at first. Once I was ready to put a down deposit on a dog which is very normal with breeders, the Zelle email I received to send money to was a completely different email. So I sent the money still because the seller was texting me consistently so seemed like too much work for a scammer. So once I sent the money, the scammer called me and it was a male which was a red flag because the site is marketing as Kimberly’s puppies. And the guy sounded like he was on drugs and clearly from another country. He was slurring his words and I could barely understand him. Sounded like he was a telemarketer and had an Indian accent and sounded like he was on drugs. He asked me for a screenshot of what I sent to his account and I refused because I’ve never had anyone in my life ask for that and said I would no longer be moving forward with this transaction. He then tried calling me twice but I didn’t answer. I emailed and texted him and said I would be reporting him and filing a police report and he has ghosted me and refused to respond to me or send my money back. I just want the website taken down because it’s clearly an over the top scam that’s not fair to people like me that just want to find a puppy. I attached the original email that was sent to me.
