I ordered a wig from Kim Wigs in October of 2022. I have breast cancer and have lost most of my hair do to my cancer treatments. So I decided to try a wig for when I go out etc. I found Kim Wigs online and found a wig that looked similar to my natural hair, so I ordered it by credit card. I received the wig a few weeks later and it was NOT what was pictured or described on their website. It it a coarse, ratty, thin brown and gray thing. I went to their website to try to return and found they had no phone number, but a form to fill out for returns. When I tried to complete the form it would NOT let me complete and kept rejecting it. I tried a million different ways to get it to go through but it just would not. So I sent them an email, I received a message back that they could not refund or have me return the wig because it was CUSTOM made, which it was not! We had several more conversations and then I contacted BBB. They continued to email me with things like I couldn’t return it because they we in London, or in China and shipping and handling were to costly. Then told me I could keep it and they would refund me 17 percent of my purchase price. I was very frustrated and they finally just quit emailing me a couple weeks ago and its now February of 2023. I have heard nothing from BBB. I just hope and pray someone catches on to these awful people and no one else has to go through the aggravation that I have with these scammers!!
