This company was promoting quite heavily on social media in 2021. They advertised one painting that I particularly liked, so I purchased it in Oct. 2021. After a couple weeks, I received notification that a shipper no label was created, but it never actually shipped. After a couple weeks, I contacted the company via the form on their website, and they said they would look into it. Shortly after that, they stopped responding. I’ve reached out numerous times asking for either the painting or a refund and have not had a reply in months.
