This website offers Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppies. I sent a message through the website stating my interest in one of the dogs and he texted me back asking all the correct questions about home life, dog care, etc. I sent in all of my questions and was told that I was a good fit. I asked all the correct questions and asked for photos, which he sent me photos and videos. I checked and could not find them online. I even waited a few days before finally sending him money for the puppy. He then said that he took the puppy to the shipping carrier and followed up to let me know how much he missed him and requested photos.

Once I ran into issues with the shipping carrier he kept pushing me to send the money so that I could get my dog. When I told him that his shipping carrier was shady he either blocked me or disconnected his phone. I tried the number that I had for his wife, and was told that they had never heard of them before.
