We were contacted by them and offered a price that's too good to be true. We were told that there would be no money due in advance of them purchasing our interest. They took time to gain trust and then needed to have expenses paid in advance - Taxes, capital gains, customs clearances, insurance, and eventually a penalty escrow release. Always a deadline that was going to be missed. Also involved is EscroTech where all the money is "held". Per the staff at the timeshare, there is never a time where taxes are due in advance of a sale. NO money should be sent in advance of a sale in Mexico.

I was called by Dean Kovacks at King Davidson LLC wanting to sell my timeshare for me. He stated that he worked for a company that helped people sell their timeshares. His pitch was he helps corporations buy timeshares because they will not sell to corporations. I was very suspicious the whole time but thought what would it hurt to see it through "as long as I didn't have to put any funds up front. I explained multiple times that under no circumstances would I be willing to pay any up front fees, they reassured me that would not be the case. Negotiations went on for almost 4 weeks with a fake escrow company and name of the buyer. They produced very convincing documents, via email, even offering to speak to anyone that I wanted them to talk with, they even went as far as providing me with a closing date. This are very sophisticated in their paperwork and approach. They are very persistent, calling back to back when you do not answer "RED FLAG"... They do not have a normal customer service staff answering the phone, it was a 1-800# with an extension "RED FLAG"... Lastly, you can hear them buffer (almost muted" the sound each time you answer the call "RED FLAG". I urge you not to do business with this company or a company called Escrow Tech.
