On Monday November 30th 2015 the website Lipkitbykylie.com sold products on their site. Me along with many others purchased the product only to be left in the dark. Since 11-30-15 I have not heard a word from the company after they charged my credit card for the product. I was not provided any sort of email from them regarding my order. It has been almost two weeks and still no word. The customer service email provided only goes to an email with an auto response that doesn't help. There is no other way contact. I've sent many emails and no response. I've seen online I am not alone and many other people have the same issue. The website offers no login either to check order status. So I have no idea two weeks later what happened to my money.
