I ordered a Wreath that was advertised that was supposedly hand made in Washington and it included a metal truck, specific greenery. The one i ordered was 10" and they had photos on the website of this wreath being made as well as examples on doors, and other displays in peoples homes. The wreath I received was not of any quality more than that at the dollar store. The "truck" on it was a cardboard truck, the greenery was fake even more fake then what a $60 wreath should cost. The website has a "return" policy but no options on how to return. I emailed all 3 email addresses they had on the website. 2 came back as non-deliverable, the 1 that worked they responded 5 days after I inquired with very broken English. I asked for a refund and was responded to 2 days later giving me the address in Shenzhen, China when the address on the return label is from Dupont Washington as well as their website says they are made in this area as well. They wanted me to return in and pay for the return as well then they would decide if I would qualify for the return. This whole process would take longer then the 15 day return policy that they outline on their website. They could not guarantee that I would get a full return plus the postage if I returned it. This was a classic bait and switch move and they claim on all websites to have a positive rating with the ScamPulse.com
