We arranged to buy a Golden Retriever puppy online through www.kingretrievers.com. We arranged this with Goerges King on their webpage chat line online. We arranged for the purchase of the puppy for $750 and for the delivery of the puppy from Tulsa, Oklahoma to Libertyville, Illinois for an additional $300. Goerges sent us a signed contract by email for the puppy and the delivery of the puppy from Oklahoma to our door in Libertyville, IL. Goerges said he only accepted payment by Zelle or Cashapp. My husband Timothy and I signed this contract and returned the signed copy by email to [email protected]. They sent us an email saying that the delivery would be through UPEX. https://upex.ltd/track-form/ They said the tracking code was UPEX01325743167 which said delivery would be Sept. 8 at 1700. It did not arrive as scheduled and we called but Goerges avoided our calls and soon we got a text from a Customer Care saying that insurance was needed for our puppy. It said that our puppy was being held in Jefferson Missouri for a health check and for insurance reasons we had to pay an amount equal to our purchase price to get the puppy released. It had a phishing warning on it and I pushed the report button. We have not gotten our puppy yet or our $1050 back and Goerges does not answer our calls. This is fraud.
