I will like to welcome you on board. We at The Kingan Gardens,will like to welcome you once more. This is an email to confirm that you have accepted to work as a Personal Assistant to me; CEO/Owner of The Kingan Gardens. Congratulations!
I would like to meet you in person to sign your job contract documents,but unfortunately, I tested positive to COVID 19 today which means I will have to isolate myself for 2 weeks, the more reason why I'm so glad to have you on board already as my personal assistant. I will be meeting with you in person immediately I'm perfectly alright and test negative after 2 weeks.I hope you will take care of the required duties in my absence even though I'll always keep in touch through email and phone calls when needed.I would also keep in touch with you through the company's email whenever necessary.
For the next 2 week that you will be working from home, We will be providing you with the equipment that you will need to carry out each task. Your diligence is important and would be much appreciated, as part of our doings at The Kingan Gardens, A check would be sent out to you at some point, you are expected to use the funds from the check to purchase the list of equipment below; to facilitate your work & duties.

We do have a few certified vendors that we would want you to purchase the equipment from, I will keep in touch with that soon. As part of our doings at The Kingan Gardens, the check amount would also include your start up bonus just to ensure the level of workers dedication to their duties.
Working for us with the provided equipment is very necessary because there is a wide range of software installed on the system to protect data, enhance ease of duty, as well as speed and accuracy of any work you're doing on it. The special features also calculate the number of hours you work daily so that I can ascertain the bonuses that will be given to you at the end of every month.
