Scammers

They told me I was buying a large pallet of dewalt Amazon return items that hadn't been checked. I assumed when I checked out the website it seemed legit. I got my order today and it was some small 4×8 box of tools with nothing to do with dewalt. I emailed them to let them know i know what they did and wanted my money back. They at first said the item was clearance and they don't give refunds. Then I pointed that it clearly was not and I could prove they committed a crime. That selling someone something with false pretenses is illegal in the USA so I wanted the process for my refund started by tomorrow or I would contact BBB and an attorney. They argued and still are saying they won't refund till I send and pay shipping to send this $15 item back to China.
