Type of a scam Online Purchase
Over the weekend I found a website that advertised photo's of short haired german pointers for sale. It asked to select your puppy and then asked me questions - as any breeder would to make sure you would be able to take care of a puppy. I filled out the questionnaire and received confirmation that a puppy by the name of Frankie could be shipped to my address from Georgia - all I had to do was pay $850
Below is the correspondence I had with a person named Marquis Mesa - his address in on the attached bill of sale and he called me from a cell phone number 404 594 2343 yesterday evening trying to get payment. I asked for a video of the puppy both via email and text and nothing arrived.
He send me a link to get my credit card information (which thankfully did not take). He then asked if I use Zelle or could pay with Apple pay - neither of which I do or would.
I will not correspond further with him unless he tries to reach me this morning which I will simply say I am no longer interested.
I believe this is someone conducting a scam. So horrible to do to people. ****** *** **** ** ***** ** *** *** ******* ******* ** **** ** *** *** **** **** ******* ****** *******
