Keeps your money and never sends products

Ordered in October 2021 almost $300 in products. For 4 months no response or order. I received one email saying he had backorder and never responded again until I reached out to a business he worked with and got them to speak with him. He then released all but $80 of my product saying he would send it but now it’s almost a year later and over 20 emails and dms he doesn’t respond. Attached is copy of order number and amount plus a few emails. Have more upon request.

This business has failed to deliver multiple orders to other small businesses that have relied on product to conduct their business/fulfill sales orders.

Seller will accept payment and when contacted about items not received, will make excuses. Some excuses have been:

My grandfather passed away

My brother passed away

My uncle passed away

I sent your order

There's a delay with the post office and it hasn't been scanned

Seller will create a shipping label and that label will never be scanned or moved passed the initial "creation" and no product is ever received. Seller continued to post on Social Media, flaunting all of the expensive things he was purchasing for himself. He also posted informational videos on how to effectively dispute chargebacks.

This seller has targeted an entire community that consists of small, women, veteran, Latina and Black women owned businesses. He has been known to communicate long enough for buyers to not be able to dispute their charges with their financial institutions and then will stop all communication entirely.
