On 10/15//22, I contracted with Kings Asphalt & Mason to excavate old driveway, grade existing driveway and install new driveway. The new driveway was installed and now the asphalt is completely coming apart -- there are black pebbles all over the driveway. The contract guarantees work for 96 months.
