I ordered something in mid-September. No shipping info available, no tracking info, and they don't seem to care that I never received anything. I have emailed them again since, and no response has been seen so far. I cannot track my package, I don't even know if they sent it or not despite an email claiming they have. I will never purchase from them again, and I am beyond dissatisfied with this customer service and this shipping time.

I ordered expensive lingerie and even got the expedited shipping and what I got was underwear made from Halloween costume material and not even close to what I ordered . Most of their items they have stolen from other creators . I thought they were the original sellers but turns out they are stealing designs from others and selling it as their original idea . That piece of cloth was not worth $100 and the other stuff that was supposed to come with it never showed .
