I purchased 2 GE water filters for my fridge. These filters came in GE packaging which matched others i've purchased. The filters do not have readable scans for your fridge to use. The real GE filters have marks under the label that the fridge can scan. The filters I received from this fraudulent company do not have the marks under the label the fridge needs to scan in order to work. These are very legit looking, but not the real thing.

Bought a 4 pack genuine RPWFE GE refrigerator water filter from kintzplastics.com expecting to receive genuine GE water filters. The water filters don't work because they are counterfeit and don't have the GE RFID chip required to make them work. I tried to call the phone number listed on the website and got a recording saying that this number was no longer in service. I then did an online search and saw information indicating that many people have been scammed by purchasing various products from various websites with the same return address of ***** ***** 5XX J Ave, NY, NY. I have filed a report with the New York Attorney General as well as BBB.
