Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan

applied to Kipling Financial Service for a personal loan. The loan was 40 thousand. This was to pay off a few bills and have some for home repair. Told , got the loan. The company requires 2700. The answer was no. The person stated, if you can come up with 2000, Get the money as soon as possible to get the money deposited before the end of the day . Got the money and sent the money. person got the money the next day , then called to say need 1900 more to go up to to a higher level of coverage. Totally starting to think , ok , something is not right. The person assured the people it was not a scam and emailed a 10 pg agreement document to be signed. Contract was signed and sent back. That night at 7pm from the Finance Supervisor called to tell me they wanted another 1200. A definite NO. the woman was told this is nothing but a scam.! The woman replied " its not my fault you have bad credit " This woman also stated the company was ScamPulse.com credited. Told would send an email proofing that they were ScamPulse.com credited. Never received the email. The man called 20 minutes later wondering if everything is okay.. Stated, NO I'm ticked off! Not paying another cent. The man stated, just give a moment , the lady replied sure and hung up. Have not heard anything more . They are to send a refund of the $3900. Time will tell. Numbers still ringing to an answering machine. The man's number 613-343-541-6963. The woman's number 1-905-724-2334. The police will be notified Monday March 14. Thank you for reading the situation.
