Purchased an item online on 10/16/2022. I received a confirmation email which indicated I would be notified when the item shipped. Attempted to email and call seller, but seller’s phone was not in service and email was returned as undeliverable.

I filed a dispute with PayPal; however, the seller provided tracking information indicated item was delivered by USPS on 10/22/2022 and I never received it.

I contacted my local post office today and was informed that the tracking number the seller provided to PayPal was addressed and delivered to another person/address.

Further attempts to contact the seller have been unsuccessful.
