I ordered a Nintendo 3DS XL for our autistic sons birthday we received a transaction number in a email no tracking number. they deducted from my bank account immediately. There’s no phone number tracking number they provided an email for communication tried several times no response. I also ordered a game Mario 3D land again deducted immediately but no transaction number email,but had a name attached to the transaction on my bank transaction “ ****** ******* West Point MS it’s going on two weeks no response nothing has been received!
