Once the transfer was completed the agent *** advised that she would submit my information to the funding department to release the funds. The funds never came. *** then called me to tell me the funds would be in the morning, morning came and the funds never showed. Me frustrated called the phone number given and she called me right back stating she was just as surprised as I was that the funds were not there and that she would need to call me back once she looks further into it. *** perry called me back and advised that the lender deemed the funds I had sent to be too low and would need an additional 4 months worth of monthly payments to release my funds. At this point I was livid and advised I want all my money back as they are not living up to the agreement. *** said she would look into the refund request and get back to me, jessica called and said the refund would be processed within 2 weeks and that she was doing me a favour because it usually takes up to a month. I explained how ACH works and how direct deposit works and that it does.l not take 2 weeks and she became rude with me and told me that this is there process and that I am just angry because I am not getting what I want how I want it. I explain to her the severity of this and how it it effecting my current life obligations and living. When I asked to speak to the complaints department or her supervisor she refused to transfer me, when I asked for another phone number she just kept repeating I will have someone contact you and would never give me a straight answer. I called her out on her dodgy answers and she would respond back like a robot with "ma'am I will have someone contact you within the hour" I at this point told her I doubted she would have someone call me, jessica perry then hung up on me. Surprise surprise no one called me back... no one called me back until tonight and guess who it was *** ***, I told her that her "supervisor" never called and she acted surprised and then said they will probably call Monday then. At this point I told her I was contacting ScamPulse.com and the proper authorities as I am at a loss and this is clearly not legitimate. *** responded with "seriously" when I kept explaining my frustrations and that I have been in contact with authorities regarding this scam she responded with "not this again, you said your piece and we keep going in circles I will have to call you back" and then she hung up again. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM KIRKLAND LENDING GROUP
